You have earned the opportunity to join me live for a virtual workout. Complete the workout challenge successfully and receive a special gift from our tigfit family.

Each tigfit program (towels, bands & bodyweight 100) has its own unique workout challenge. And each tigfit workout challenge has various levels to choose from: beginner, intermediate, advanced, and elite athlete.

Tig Fit Towel Workout

I originally created the tigfit towel program during a period when I was experiencing lower back-pain. Even though this was recovery time, my mind and body still craved movement. I began performing simple exercises and stretches using just my gym towel and bodyweight.

After completing several days of my towel exercises, my entire body felt relaxed, as these movements had activated multiple muscle groups. My thought process was to speed up my recovery time. By the end of the first week, I was able to create a five-day total-body workout program utilizing gym towels. I continued to design multiple levels of towel exercises such as beginner/entry, intermediate, and advanced.

I am a huge advocate for training with resistance bands since it promotes longevity while reducing the chances of injury. The tigfit bands workout program is ideal for anyone experiencing joint pain or for those individuals recovering from injuries.
