My love and passion for fitness all began when I was first introduced to the game of basketball at the age of five. I am grateful that I’m still able to compete at a high level with the game that I love so much. The updated modalities and workout routines will enhance results by activating multiple muscle groups. These variations will also keep the mind and the body engaged since variety is the key to life!
