My love and passion for fitness all began when I was first introduced to basketball at the age of five. I am grateful that I am still playing basketball competitively until this day. It is a true testament to my healthy lifestyle with nutritious food, consistent exercise, and keeping a positive mind-set. Just in case anyone was wondering, I still hold the Boy’s California Interscholastic Federation (C.I.F.) record for most points scored in a high-school basketball game with: 100 points. I am not holding my breath as records were made to be broken, as long as it does not happen in this lifetime. I am also thankful for the opportunity to start a non-profit organization called Global FitKids, where our mission is to create and inspire lifelong healthy habits for youth across the globe. I’m a (NASM) Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Youth Exercise Specialist as well. I am proud to be certified in Mental Toughness with NASM to assist people in overcoming mental barriers with fitness, nutrition, and sports.
