The first month of 2021 is officially done! Hello February!
Where do you stand with some of your new year’s resolutions and goals?
My main New Year’s goal for 2021 was to add value to people’s lives and help as many people as I possibly can to make healthier lifestyle choices. I can confidently say that I’m off to a great start as tigfit 100 has already helped over 50 people in making healthier decisions with exercise, nutrition, mindset. I am grateful for all the support and love from everyone in the community and the tigfit 100 family. I’m excited to continue the momentum and grow the tigfit family in the month of February.
I wanted to share some simple tips with exercise routines to help you start your workout program. My goal is to help everyone create time for exercise in their busy schedules. I’m positive that you will be so happy once you find the workout flow that works the best for your lifestyle.
The most important step to starting an exercise routine is to simply make the decision to start now. You know what the Nike slogan says, “JUST DO IT!” Once you make the decision to start, then I would recommend deciding on what time of the day works best for you to exercise? Some of us prefer to workout early in the mornings to start the day, others prefer to workout during lunch breaks, and some of us prefer to workout in the evenings after our workday is done. I personally love to workout in the mornings as it gives me more energy for the rest of my day. I used to exercise in the evenings during my college years when I was working at the bank. I was lucky because the gym was in the same shopping plaza as the bank and I would go immediately after work.
The last simple tip that I have for you is to find someone to hold you accountable, such as a workout buddy or family member, or a coach. I am doing my best to live up to my New Year’s goal for 2021 and I’m truly enjoying it. The ball is always in our court and I will give my best effort to help motivate everyone in any way possible. I always say to all tigfit members, “Do not do the workout program for me, but rather do it for yourself, do it for your kids, do it for your family members and your loved ones.
T recap, make the decision to start now, set a time to exercise each day, and find someone to hold you accountable. The best thing is that all the tigfit 100 workouts are 30 minutes or less, so it will be over before you know it. And there are only 5 days of exercise with 2 rest days each week, which gives you extra time to make up any exercises during the weekend.
