International Dance Fitness

Come Dance and have fun as you exercise with Arrii Parrii featuring International dance music from around the globe. Dance Armenian, Greek, Arabic, Latin, Persian, Electro, Pop, and more! We also combine dance with light dumbbell weights and resistance bands to tone the body and enhance the workouts.
